Yoga Flow for Summer


We all try our best to stay cool, stay indoors, eat weather appropriate food and ofcourse icecream!


Did you know yoga helps you stay cool as well?

Some yoga asanas calm our mind, regulate our body temperature and slow down our heartbeats to make us stay cool in the hot and humid climate.


Try this yoga flow in addition to eating a lot of icecream.


1.Easy Pose/ Sukhasana

Focus on your breathing to calm down the irritation and anxiety.


2. Downward Facing Dog / Adhomukha Shvanasana

Bending forward calms the brain and improves blood circulation.



3. Cat Cow Pose/ Marjarasana

Stretch to ease out your day's stress.



4. Child Pose/ Balasana

Alleviate fatigue and regulate your body temperature.



5. Legs to Wall Pose/ Viparit Karni

Take a great and slow down those heartbeats to relax.
