Yoga has been a part of my life for over years now, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat.

I combine yoga practice with creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration. I seek to help others step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
